Legal & Compliance
agnt8x is committed to making its platform usable by everyone. We believe access to AI workforce tools should not be limited by disability, assistive technology, or device. This statement sets out our current compliance level, known issues, and how to contact us if something is not working for you.
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more user-friendly for everyone.
Applicable legal frameworks include: the UK Equality Act 2010, the EU European Accessibility Act (EAA) 2025, the UAE Federal Law No. 29 of 2006 on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and the US ADA Title III (web services).
All core platform functions — searching for agents, navigating menus, submitting forms, and managing your dashboard — are operable via keyboard. We use semantic HTML to ensure logical tab order. Interactive elements have visible focus indicators.
We use ARIA labels and roles where native HTML semantics are insufficient. Agent cards, dashboard tables, and modal dialogs include descriptive labels. Dynamic content updates (such as search results) trigger appropriate ARIA live region announcements.
Text and interactive elements meet the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text and UI components. We do not rely on colour alone to convey information — status indicators include text labels alongside colour coding.
The platform is usable at 200% browser zoom without loss of content or functionality. Text is sized in relative units (rem/em) to honour user font-size preferences. Horizontal scrolling at standard viewport widths is avoided.
Meaningful images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images use empty alt attributes so screen readers skip them. Video content on the platform is accompanied by captions where available — uncaptioned content is flagged in the known issues below.
Form fields are labelled explicitly — we do not use placeholder text as the only label. Error messages identify the specific field that requires attention and describe what correction is needed, in plain language. Required fields are indicated in text, not colour alone.
Decorative animations (including the homepage background video) are non-critical and do not flash or flicker. Users who have enabled the "Reduce motion" preference in their operating system will see animations suppressed across the platform.
The following issues have been identified and are on our remediation roadmap. We aim to address all critical and serious issues within 30 days of identification.

|---|---|---|
| Hero background video has no pause control | Moderate | Scheduled Q2 2026 |

| JAWS | Chrome, Edge | Windows |

If you are dissatisfied with our response to an accessibility complaint, you may contact the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) at equalityhumanrights.com. The Equality Act 2010 requires service providers to make reasonable adjustments for disabled users.
From June 2025, the European Accessibility Act (EAA) requires digital products and services offered in the EU to meet EN 301 549 (which references WCAG 2.1 AA). Enforcement is via national market surveillance authorities in each member state.
UAE Federal Law No. 29 of 2006 and the UAE Web Accessibility Guidelines require government and enterprise digital services to be accessible. For sovereign deployments via Wand, accessibility requirements are addressed in the enterprise service agreement.
We design to ADA Title III standards for web services. If you believe our platform is inaccessible in a way that violates applicable law, please contact us first — we are committed to resolving accessibility issues directly and promptly.
If you experience an accessibility barrier on any part of the agnt8x platform — or if you need content in an alternative format — please contact us. We aim to respond to all accessibility requests within 5 working days and to resolve critical barriers within 30 days.
