Where we act as a data controller in respect of cookies set on our website, EightX Labs Ltd is the controller.

03Why we use cookies
We use cookies for a limited number of purposes:

- Google Analytics — anonymised analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies

09Do Not Track signals
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. There is no industry consensus on how DNT signals should be honoured. We currently do not respond differently to browsers that send a DNT signal, but we will revisit this position as standards evolve. You can still control non-essential cookies through our cookie banner and footer link.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Effective from" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into effect. If we make material changes — for example, adding a new category of cookie — we will give you appropriate notice, including by re-prompting for consent where required.
